Please note lunches will always include options suitable for vegetarians and we do ask for a minimum order of five people. Where possible we have tried to source our food from local suppliers, helping to reduce “food miles” we have also tried to use Free Range, Fair Trade or Organic produce.

1 Booking
1.1 Bookings will only be accepted via a ASC booking form
1.2 Bookings will only be takne as confirmed if a Purchase Order number is provided for said booking.
1.3 Bookings must be made 5 or more working days before the event (not including the day of the booking). A change to your booking details may result in some disruption to our service. (a ‘change’ to your booking is defined as; date of booking, delivery location, timings, catering numberd and the content of the order).
1.4 VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate.
2 Minimum Order
2.1 If appropriate the ASC will confimr a minimum number of guests calculated on financial viability and a maximum number calculated on the resources available. This will be advised at the time of the booking.
3 Cancellation
3.1 If you wish to cancel your booking you must notify us verbally as soon as possible and confirm by email. Cancellation terms differ depending on the booking and items required;
Buffet for 25 people or less – 3 working days
Sandwiched – 48 hours notice
Hot drinks – 24 hours notice
3.2 When cancellation terms are not met the ASC reserves the right to charge 50% of the total booking value. For cancellations made on the day of the event we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the total booking.
4 Bookings made less than 5 days prior to the event
4.1 We cannot guarantee availability and it may be necessary to substitute menu items.
5 Operating Hours
5.1 The hospitality Service operates Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. ANy provision of service outside of these hours may require additional labour charges at £7.00 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours.
